Knowledge
  • Demonstrate broad knowledge within a field of work or study, as well as knowledge of how facts can be gathered, compiled and presented.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the role that previous experience and knowledge play in adult learning.
  • Demonstrate a basic knowledge of democratic processes and working methods.
Skills and abilities
  • Apply specified rules, methods and tools to carry out assigned tasks; follow instructions and descriptions within a work or study area; search for and critically process facts within several work or study areas.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyse, process and maintain an overview.
  • Understand and communicate in Swedish in speech and writing in various contexts and for different purposes and in relation to different subjects.
  • Plan and carry out social and educational activities.
Competences (responsibility and independence)
  • Carry out work or studies with a degree of independence and take responsibility for simpler tasks; collaborate under supervision and contribute to joint outcomes, as well as evaluate how one's own tasks have been performed.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of learning and study techniques.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of self-assessment as a tool for learning and personal development, and be able to set your own goals for personal development.
  • Demonstrate increased self-awareness in relation to others.
  • Treat others with respect and consider the personal integrity of others, as well as take your own initiatives to participate in various contexts, including those that entail increased personal or collective responsibility.
  • Receive and give others constructive feedback.
